Product description:

Instead of using masturbation as a form of ‘quick release’, mindful masturbation is about curiosity, embodiment, and learning new ways to feel pleasure within your body.

Today, we live in a time where many of us are stuck in our heads instead of listening to our bodies. There is an inherent disconnect between what the body is experiencing and our ability to feel it.

It is for this reason that so many people struggle to stay ‘in the moment’ during sex, find sex ‘boring’, ‘predictable’, or struggle with issues such as reduced sensation, difficulty orgasming, erection difficulty, premature ejaculation, mental distractions, or porn reliance. Or you might just want to learn something new about your body (multiple orgasms/squirting etc.)!

As a Somatic Sexologist, I help people get out of their head, and back into their bodies! This helps people get access to more sensation, pleasure, desire, orgasmicity, and arousal.

One of the ways I do that is through teaching mindful masturbation.

This worksheet is perfect for you if you want to learn any of the follow:

- Increased pleasure, orgasmicity and sensation
- Increase you sex drive
- Learn new forms of sexual pleasure and erogenous zones
- Less reliance on porn and fantasy
- Less reliance on vibrators and toys
- Overcoming sexual concerns or sexual anxiety
- Less distracted during sex and intimacy
- Learn how to orgasm / overcome difficulty orgasming
- Overcome premature ejaculation / learn how to last longer in bed
- Overcome erectile difficulty / learn how to get and maintain your erections
- Feel more in tune with your body
- Learn what you like!

Material: Metal wheel with black plastic handle

Plastic handle: 4 inches / 10cm

Metal wheel: 6 inches / 15cm

Whole length: 10 inches / 25cm

WARNING: If irritation occurs, discontinue use and seek medical advice. Keep out of reach of children.

The key to using a Sensation Wheel is going slowly and following the curves of the body.

Softer parts of the body (such as the thighs, bum) can often enjoy more pressure, and more sensitive parts of the body (e.g. breasts, inner thighs, belly) often enjoy lighter pressure.

Stay present, stay curious, and keep checking in. Use the traffic light system if you're unsure the first time: Red=stop, Orange=less pressure/slow down, Green=keep going.

Turn on the whole body!

See the entire body as an erogenous zone - from the tips of the fingers to the lobes of the ears. Discover and explore the entire body. The longer you explore it, the more sensitive it will become and the more it will feel.

With time, arousal, and practice, sensation play can even lead to full body orgasms. To make this more likely, make sure to breathe, move your body (e.g., kegel squeezes, pelvic tilts), make sounds, and surrender your whole body into the experience.

When we broaden our definition of sex, there is a whole world of pleasure to be found.
